May 2018 is a bittersweet month for me. These are my final days as Kindervelt’s Citywide President and I must admit I am both happy and sad. It has been a most rewarding two years for me serving as President, and I know Bonnie will do a fantastic job as our incoming leader. I will support her in her quest to keep Kindervelt of Cincinnati Children’s the powerhouse nonprofit that it is.
Linda Deters and her committee have been busily planning our “groovy” Annual Meeting. If you haven’t registered yet at kindervelt.org, please do so. This is such an inspirational evening of fun and celebration. It is a great rejuvenator of your commitment to Kindervelt. The evening will focus on the “PEACE” portion of KV PEACe with a retro theme. Feel free to have some fun dressing in “period” attire. No matter what you wear, this will be a FANTASTIC night. I do hope you will come.
Thank you all so much for the support you have shown me in my term as President. I truly could not have done this without the guidance and encouragement of the Board of Trustees, Keith, Kelly and the Development office, members of my group KV #57, and so many more. You have made my time as President a most memorable one.
With sincere gratitude,
Kindervelt City President
